Yay!!

Hey!!

I don't think you are following my on twitter so I will update you on my life. I know you don't care about my life, but I am going to tell you anyways. I will give you a break down of the things I am excited about!

  1. 2,000 views of my blog!! Yay!
  2. Airmiles, which will be broken into subtopics
  3. Bus pass!
I know those are all very interesting topics and you can't wait to read about them so I will not prolong it. :)
  1. 2,000 views of my blog!! I honestly didn't think I would get 1,000 never mind 2,000 views! That's so crazy! I thought oh you know my sister and a few of my friends, Abbytard and Sean, would read it. I didn't think I would get views from Europe! That is crazy!!
  2. Airmiles!!! I think this is the one that I am most excited to share! I got a credit card that I earn airmiles for every twenty (20) dollars I spend. This month I put a grocery shop and all my books on my credit card. So let us just say that I put some money on my credit card. I got 37 airmiles so I will let you do the math. With the miles I had from the two years of collecting plus my credit card and LCBO miles, I now have enough to fly within Ontario!! That means if I wanted to I could fly home for my October reading week! That is so exciting! I need 18,148 more miles before I can fly to Australia, which requires the most miles. I would have to put $362,960  on my credit card which could take my YEARS. Watch by the time I have 19,125 miles it will have gone up. It always does.
I so excited that I reached my first travel reward!! The next travel reward is 1,200, which will give me enough miles to travel to Quebec!! Maude and Alex, you guys better watch out! I might be coming to see you soon!!  I have yet to "double dip" with my credit card. I always forget to pay with my credit card and get points for that and get points with my actual airmiles card. Oh well, I will go to the LCBO many more times this year I'm sure.
  3. Bus pass! Well I paid for a bus pass when I paid for my tuition. I guess the school gets a HUGE discount for the students. I think we paid 158 for 8 months. That is a great deal considering that it cost 60 bucks for a monthly pass. So instead of 480, students pay 158. That's really good, and useful for most students. We saved 322 dollars! That's really good! I have been keeping track of all the number of times I use the bus. I want to see when I will pay off my student bus pass. So far I have used $44 dollars in 17 days. I don't think it will take me that long to "pay" it off. I want to see how much money I will save. So once it gets to 0, that's when I really start saving money.
That's all my main topics for tonight. The poll!! How could I forget that? Tisk Tisk on myself. I asked how you are feeling about going back to school and 50% said they were excited to go back! I was too!! I should start voting on my own poll. I don't know if that's cheating or not. Dreading the day, stresses, and mixture of all three all got 25%. The new poll is going to be about....how you are feeling now that you are back in school.

NEWS:

On October 6th 2011 Ontario is have it's provincial elections! My school is making it easy for students living away from home to vote! How exciting! I can't wait to vote! I think that everyone who is of age to vote should. If you don't know who to vote for go and put a strike on the page to show that you care enough about your democratic country. Don't bitch about your government if you can't take the time to vote. If you don't like how the government is then go and vote and change it! We have the right to vote and so many people don't vote!

Sorry about my rant on voting.  Anyways, leave a comment. I am thinking that my blogs will become more frequent not that I am back in school. Remember to vote! OCTOBER 6TH VOTING!!
